Course & Instructor Evaluation from the DRE

As of January 1, 2004, a "Course and Instructor Evaluation" form (Form 318A) is available from the Department of Real Estate website (http://www.dre.ca.gov). A link to this form can be found on the bottom right hand side of the screen. The purpose of this evaluation is to further assist the Department of Real Estate in better serving the educational needs of real estate licensees. All course and instructor evaluation forms are to be submitted to the DRE directly.
