Refunds
CE Network's refund policy is as follows:
- If you are not satisfied with your learning experience prior to course completion, you can request a refund within six months of purchase by contacting Customer Support at 1-866-444-1123 or e-mailing support@cenetwork.com.
- If you have already completed a course or printed a course completion certificate, CE Network will grant a refund once written proof has been supplied stating that the specified course has not been accepted for credit by a regulator.
Please note that a refund or cancellation will terminate your access to the course, and your ability to earn continuing education (CE) credits on the specified course.
