New Brunswick Real Estate Association

The New Brunswick Real Estate Association (NBREA) represents over 800 REALTORS® throughout the province. The association serves its members through a variety of educational programs, publications and special events. The association through private legislation provides all real estate licensing courses both pre licensing and continuing education. As a condition of membership renewal with the New Brunswick Real Estate Association, a program for recognizing continuing professional education has been established. The design of the Continuing Professional Education is to enable licensees to update skills and knowledge and ensure exposure to current developments in the real estate industry, and in so doing afford a protection to the consumer.
