Proof of Course Completion Form

Upon completion of all course requirements, real estate licensees will be required to sign, date and fax or mail to CE Network, within five business days, a "Proof of Course Completion" form that states they have personally completed each module of the learning program. The CE Network toll free fax number is 1-866-444-1198. In the event this form is lost or a copy is required, contact Customer Support at 1-866-444-1123 or e-mail support@cenetwork.com to request a duplicate copy.
