Description: This course will raise awareness of standard principles that can be applied systematically to ethical dilemmas that real estate sales agents face routinely in their work. It does so by presenting realistic scenarios that illustrate common dilemmas sales agents have faced or will face, and letting the learner react by selecting possible courses of action and receiving feedback. Issues are discussed in relation to the current codes of ethics of the REIC, RECO and CREA. The goal is to help learners think analytically about ethical issues and become interested in further study on the subject.
