Description: This course covers the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). It is designed to meet the NAR's requirement for quadrennial ethics training, but will also provide a thorough review of ethics in real estate for any real estate licensee who is not yet a REALTOR®. The course examines real estate professionals’ duties to the public and REALTORS®, outlines the aspirations summarized in the Preamble, emphasizes mediation rather than litigation, and uses practical, everyday occurrences in its examples and case studies.
